ISC-V is growing rapidly worldwide. Especially chip companies in China looking more detailed into this open yet flexible ISA which already is supported out if the box by Linux and many RTOS. Sanctions will be more hard if not impossible to apply. Yet many go for a commercial implemented CPU IP like from Andes Technology Corporation Also interest from European chip companies is start getting more, means we will see more RISC-V based chip designs in near future.
